WICEN Frequency Allocation in 5Mhz

Just recently, WICEN-WA became aware that ACMA has allocated frequencies in the 5Mhz band for use in emergencies by WICEN Australia wide.

The allocations we made quite some time ago, but it was only brought to our attention by Kim VK6TQ.

There are some conditions on its use, so check out the regulations before using the allocated frequencies.

WICEN-WA will investigate how these frequencies can be used effectievly in our operations.
