Western Australia’s actual governing document for public warnings and information during an emergency is the State Support Plan – Emergency Public Information, maintained by the State Emergency Management Committee (SEMC). This page describes a WICEN-internal information page, not that state-level function — and WICEN WA doesn’t currently appear in the State Support Plan itself. See Committee Discussion §2 for the open question of whether WICEN WA should seek formal inclusion there.
